There are many reasons why people want to contact the BPA, to ensure you get to the right team to answer your query efficiently we have a number of ways to reach us. Please select one of the above, or use the below options find the right contact method for your enquiry.

How do I submit a complaint or enquiry about a BPA Approved Operator Scheme (AOS) member?

We may have information available on our website which will help to answer your enquiry. Please see our public advice area which provides information on Your Parking Rights including information on appeals, POPLAANPR and Keeper Liability.

Our role as an Accredited Trade Association is to investigate alleged breaches of our Code of Practice by members of our Approved Operator Scheme where evidence can be supplied and we are unable to become involved in individual ticket disputes or hear appeals.

  • In the first instance you must complain directly to the member.
  • If this does not resolve your complaint and if you still believe there has been a breach to our Code of Practice contact us quickly by using our AOS enquiry/complaint form. You will be required to upload evidence of your complaint outcome. 
  • To check on an enquiry/complaint you have submitted use this form to look up the status with your email and case reference number.
