Meet the Team

Providing support and guidance to our members is our staff teams and governance representatives. 

The Senior Leadership Team works with the BPA Board to develop strategy and oversee the objectives and management of the Association, consulting as appropriate with the Council of Representatives.

Account managers are here to assist with any matters relating to membership, but particularly to help you understand the breadth of services available to you so that you can get the most value out of your membership throughout the year.

Area Managers are your first point of contact for any questions relating to assessments for the Safer Parking Scheme and the Disabled Parking Accreditation.

The BPA Council of Representatives are elected from across the Association’s different membership groups and represents all aspects of the parking sector. The Council’s role is to influence the long-term direction of the BPA and its mission by giving advice and guidance to the BPA Board. The Council contributes to the strategic aims of the Association, ensuring that our values, standards and obligations to members and others are understood and met.

The BPA Board sits at the centre of our governance structure.  It develops strategy, oversees the objectives and management of the Association, consulting as appropriate with the Council of Representatives.  The Board collectively maintain legal responsibility for the Association.
