What do we do?

The purpose of the Technology, Innovation, and Research department is to enable the BPA to maintain and enhance its position as the leading professional body in parking and to promote the improvement and betterment of the parking sector by advocating the adoption of new technology and innovation through research.

How do we do this?

We provide information, knowledge, and advice to our members on delivering, developing, and deploying new technology, good parking management, and consistency across the sector, as well as encouraging and overseeing the monitoring of compliance with legal and technical standards in the use of information technologies and systems for parking services.
