Our Professional Development Framework simply sets out the knowledge and skills (often referred to as competencies) needed at each stage of a career in parking and then links these to individual membership grades of the BPA.
You will also find a downloadable Assessment Form to assess yourself against the framework. And a Knowledge and Skills indicators document. This should help you to assess your current career stage and the skills you will require to move to a higher grade.
