Introducing our new Mentoring scheme
Now live and accepting applications, our mentoring scheme will match our aspiring individual members with experienced leaders in the parking sector for a 12-month structured mentoring relationship.
The scheme will be run by the BPA, with learning interventions provided by an external provider. The focus will be on the transition from junior / first-time management/supervisor roles into a leadership position.
